Refund policy

Conditions for Return Requests

  • To be eligible for a return, the service must be documented as not meeting the agreed standards or requirements.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or service confirmation email.

Shop Return Policy (Applicable Only for Online Purchases):

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return request and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days.
  • Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at mkteldersautospa@gmail.com

How to Start a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact us at mkteldersautospa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to address your concerns. Items or services claimed without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: This return policy is applicable only for purchases made through our online shop and does not apply to car wash services.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your vehicle upon completion of the service and contact us immediately if the service was defective, damaged, or if the wrong service was provided. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle during the service.

Rescheduling Due to Weather:

  • If adverse weather conditions are expected, you can reschedule your mobile car wash appointment without any additional charges. However, refunds are not provided for rescheduled services due to weather conditions.

Service Changes:

  • If you choose a service and later decide to opt for a service of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If you select a service of lower value, no refund will be provided for the difference.
