Our Story

When two visionaries come together, any dream can become a reality. Elder’s Auto Spa was founded 10 years ago by Elder Ramírez and Eugenia Zacarias, and is currently located at 25 South Bedford Rd, Chappaqua, New York 10514.

Twenty-two years ago, Elder Ramírez embarked on a new chapter in his life, leaving Guatemala with nothing but his dreams and a strong determination to build a better future in the United States. He started working at a car wash, where his dedication and passion allowed him to gain invaluable skills and experience. This strong foundation not only led him to a managerial role but also inspired innovative ideas that would eventually transform the auto detailing industry.

As time went on, Elder realized there was a growing need for a more personalized and higher-quality service in the market. Together with his partner, Eugenia Zacarias, he decided to create something new: they founded Elder’s Auto Spa in Chappaqua with the goal of offering exceptional service at an affordable price. Backed by their extensive experience and market research, they opened their first location with just one employee.

The early days were challenging, and their first November was particularly tough. However, their focus on quality and customer satisfaction quickly earned them a strong reputation. What began as a basic car wash service evolved into a comprehensive experience, including special services like vehicle pick-up and delivery, providing greater convenience for their clients.

As the business grew, Elder and Eugenia identified a rising demand for at-home services, leading them to launch their innovative Mobile Car Wash. This concept allowed them to bring high-quality car washing directly to customers' homes, offering unmatched flexibility and convenience. The mobile service became a success, enabling clients to keep their vehicles spotless without interrupting their daily lives.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic forced Elder’s Auto Spa to close temporarily. However, this period of reflection allowed them to reinvent and innovate. They expanded their fleet of mobile units, enabling them to serve not only personal vehicles but also fleets, taxis, and buses. Prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction, Elder’s Auto Spa emerged from the pandemic stronger and better equipped to meet evolving market needs.

Today, Elder’s Auto Spa is a thriving business with two locations and several mobile units, providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clients. Their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care remains at the heart of their success, and they continue to set new standards in the auto detailing industry.
