Elder’s Auto Spa’s Story

When two incredible business people collaborate, any dream that they have becomes possible. Elder’s Auto Spa was founded by Elder Ramírez and Eugenia Zacarias six years ago, the business is currently located at 25 South Bedford Rd, Chappaqua, New York 10514.
20 years ago after leaving his native country of Guatemala, Elder Ramírez decided to undertake a journey as a young man without knowing how far his decision could take him, with nothing but with his mind and heart full of dreams, hopes, changes and new expectations for his life and above all trusting in the protection and love of God. Upon arriving in the country, not everything was as wonderful as perceived, but his dreams did not falter and his desire to learn became stronger and stronger. This is when he puts all of his effort and love into what he does, at that time working in a car wash; over the years and with his experience, he became the Store Manager after 13 years
Born an entrepreneur, he realizes that despite having several similar businesses, a more personalized service was needed, that is when he made the decision with his partner Eugenia Zacarias to do something new. After they studied, consulted with others, received crucial business training, and conducted market studies on the business itself, they were inspired to create a new mission statement: Always provide an exceptional service to their customers, at an affordable price, while always using top-class equipment. This newfound knowledge and their goal to provide an unbeatable service to their customers, the two entrepreneurs decided to open a small car wash in Chappaqua, New York.

To start such an endeavor in a small town, with only one employee named Wilver Pérez, shows the humble beginnings of this company. Their first November in business was a tricky one. But after persevering, they reached their goal of maintaining a car-wash of great quality. The two began to evolve their business from a basic wash to a full wash, while providing the help of picking up, washing and then returning your clean cars, as a special service.
From their vast experience,they noticed that it was necessary to add a more complete service by bringing our entire system directly to the home of each of our clients, and that is why it was decided to incorporate a van that would meet all expectations. This was when the Mobile Car Wash was born. Elder’s new business innovation had a strong impact on their clients, as it allows them to wash the number of vehicles they own, without interrupting their day-to-day life. In 2020, we were greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the business had to be closed for a few months, which allowed all of us at Elder’s to see the changes we needed.
We wanted to reinvent ourselves. We wanted to come back stronger. We made the decision of a creating a new van to assist our clients by covering more services simultaneously, while ensuring their safety. Now allowing us to carry our services, not only for personal cars, but also for taxis, fleets, buses, etc. thus we were able to expand to various sectors around us. Our business is based on providing an excellent service with high quality products and we remain at the forefront trying to meet all the expectations and needs of our customers, and all of us at Elder’s Auto Spa would like to thank our customers for their continued service and gratitude provided to all of us.
